“A Midsummer Night’s Dream”

An Enchanted Absinthe Cocktail

A “Midsummer Night’s Dream” can happen– any time of year, when you combine the right characters.

Begin with 1 oz gin (fruity and floral, like Old St. Pete Gin works best).
Add 1 oz Lillet Blanc.
Next, 3/4 limoncello joins the party.
And, 3/4 oz Lucid Absinthe makes a fashionably late entrance.
A squeeze of lemon, and a dash of orange-vanilla Bittermens bitters, rounds out the flavors, just before 1 oz of blue butterfly pea flower tea adds color to the festivities.
Let all the party goers mingle in a mixing glass of ice, stir things up a bit, and then strain into the martini stemware of your choice. Enjoy!

This enchanted glass of magical goodness will have you asking yourself,

“Why the Puck haven’t I made this drink before?”
