All you need is card stock, scissors and a printer. Click on the image(s) below, select copy, align the edges to the very edges (beyond the margins) of your computer’s open document, and print! Feel free to use your computer’s EDIT function to SHARPEN and SATUARATE the images to get the most legible result for your dimly lit home bar. Use the VERY BEST QUALITY setting your printer has and, if your printer is like mine– and not very exact at relaigning the sheets on the double-sided funtion, turn the pages manually to print the back sides, paying special attention to your printer’s orientation directions.
All recipe cards are 3×5 size, so they will fit a standard-sized protective sleeve, which is very helpful in preventing splashes and stains behind the bar. The Alpa-Index Cards are larger (just in case your recipe box is larger than 3×5) and can be trimmed at the right side, if needed, leaving the tabbing system intact.
The Print starts with a four-sided Home Bar Tips Tent with Pro-Bar Terminology and Tips I’ve given in many Pretty Spooky Presents… episodes. Plus, the Home Bar Tips Tent will hold your cards upright inside your recipe box and will keep them from slipping down while your recipe archive is growing. Clear contact paper is a very forviving and easily repositionable medium for protecting your Tips Tent and the tops of the Alpa-Index Cards (to protect them when perusing your archive with damp hands). They have plenty of space to make notes of tips, tricks and favorite spirits, too! There arwe a few blank Index dividers– in case you’d like to create different categories (like “Syrups”, “Garnishes”, or a “Favorites” Section).
Next you will find all Low Carb on the High Seas Recipes that have been featured on Pretty spooky Presents…, so far. Print them, possess them and protect them with plastic recipe sleeves. Special care was taken in spacing and color to increase legibility. The cards use decimals (which are easier to read in a dimly lit bar setting) and Ingredients are all capitalized for easier recognition, too. There is space to make notes on the back for preferences, adjustments, customizations & preferred spirts, etc. The episode in which the recipe was showcased is listed, also– in case you want to get a second look at garnish techniques, or see the spirits were used.
REMEBER: The Digital Recipe Archive will ONLY BE OPEN for ONE MONTH before we prepare for the NEXT EXPEDITION, and the next batch of NEW Low Carb on the High Seas Recipes will be added to the Vault. Each Expedition will be unique and hold new prizes and adventures!
P.S. … Fun Awaits!
